Bella Vita Caregiving Services LLC. (BVCS) is a full-service non-medical home care provider with offices in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. As a woman-owned business, BVCS was founded out of a need for providing superior non-medical in-home care services to patients in the Williamsport, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. With round the clock coverage available, we offer adults (18+) with assisted services including but not restricted to: cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, medicine reminders, bathing, dressing, and attending doctor's visits.

PARKINSON'S DISEASE

Here at Bella Vita, we are very experienced in this illness and assist our patients in managing their symptoms, with the hopes of slowing cognitive decline. No treatment can slow, reverse or stop this disease. But with compassionate care and a focus on healthy living, individuals with Parkinson's can still live satisfying and fulfilling lives.

Founder / Owner



Tiffany is an experienced HR and home care industry professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction through administrative and operational excellence. With a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Marymount University and a Master’s in Forensic Science from George Mason University, Tiffany combines her love of people and her propensity for critical thinking to offer up meaningful home care solutions that are both sustainable and impactful for our patients.




Having began her home care career as an administrator back in 2015, Tiffany grew the company exponentially and quickly advanced to the position of Director of Client Services. As a strong proponent for operational excellency, Tiffany prides herself in her vast years of experience in both administrative and customer solutions support. By adhering to regulatory best practices and leveraging all public and private assistance options available, Tiffany and her team will help you and your loved ones navigate through the important decision-making process of setting up or transitioning over your home care services. In addition to her dedication as a business owner, Tiffany is a married mom of two and puts her family above all else. Her hobbies include coffee chats, reading, going to the beach and playing cards.

Administrative Assistant



Cherie is an experienced home health professional with over 30 years of experience. She began her career working in nursing homes, but soon learned that she had a love for home care, which gave her the ability to work one on one with her patients.

When Cherie isn't actively engaged with Bella Vita, she enjoys bourbon tastings, time with friends and family and watching her 14 year-old daughter Molly play volleyball with the Williamsport Millionaires. In addition, one of her greatest joys in life, has been watching her 23 year-old son Riley follow in her footsteps. Cherie's love for patient care transcended into her own son's life and today he is a Patient Transport Lead for UPMC Susquehanna.
